Katy Rose has been on her spiritual and healing path since she was a young child. All things, art and mundane, lead to connecting mind, body, and spirit.
Katy Rose received her Reiki training and mentorship from Jennifer L. Smith, Holistic Journey Healing Collective,  in 2023-24. She has been working on finishing up her 200 hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training from Yin Yoga World (Bali, Indonesia). Katy Rose is a chronic pain and illness warrior and is happy to bring her knowledge of holistic healing to those like her!
